Did you know that local bee pollen is a natural source of energy? A few pellets of bee pollen can give you a "buzz" of energy that last all day! No Starbucks needed! This tiny capsule contains major key nutrients for the human body such as: carbohydrates, sugar, minerals, protein, lipids, and so much more. Besides giving you the energy for the day, bee pollen also assist the body with reducing inflammation, relieving stress, and boosting your over immune system. ITS UN{BEE}LIEVABLE!
HOW DO I USE BEE POLLEN?
Adding bee pollen to your routine is SIMPLE! There are a couple ways to consume bee pollen, you may add it to your daily supplement routine. We suggest starting at 5 pellets -  it doesn't take much then you may work your way to a teaspoon a day! Our favorite way is adding bee pollen into a smoothie! The bee pollen does not change the taste of your smoothie, and you still get the benefits!
WHERE DO I FIND BEE POLLEN?
OF COURSE WE SELL IT! Bee pollen is located in the market portion of the store next to the local honey. Or you can head over to our Cafe and try it in one of our fresh smoothies (I recommend the Pink Flamingo). So say goodbye to your "Five Hour Energy" and say hello to the long lasting energy of a BEE!

I am so excited about this post because I have been wondering what Bee Pollen could be used for. I'll be picking some up on my next trip to The Farmer's Table.
