With Valentine’s day right around the corner, we wanted to spill the beans on the best date restaurants in Douglasville. Whether you’re looking for a breakfast, lunch or dinner spot - you’re sure to find something you like from this delicious list!
If you are on the lookout for a classic burger joint, look no further. “Best burgers in Villa Rica!” Many are drooling over Jerry’s Award Winning Burgers. The burgers are over a quarter pound of juicy beef and perfectly balanced with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles.
Looking for the perfect breakfast/lunch spot? Farmer’s Table has so many yummy options! One of the most popular items on the menu is the Cali Club Wrap. With ingredients like chicken, bacon, pepperjack cheese, onion, avocado and spinach - this wrap is sure to have you and your special someone seeing hearts!
3. Sweet Shop
Want a Valentine's dessert date spot? The Sweet Shop has everything from ice cream, rolled ice cream, specialty chocolates, coffee and more! Valentine’s Day is all about indulgences, right? Try our Brownie Baby House Roll! (Don’t worry, it’s so good that the calories don’t even count).
A contemporary take on classic Louisiana food. Whether you are craving shrimp, alligator, sausage or crab - Gabe’s has it all. Their shrimp and grits are to die for! Go ahead get the fried green tomatoes appetizer along with it, you won’t regret it.
Another fantastic place to chow down on classic Louisiana food. You’ll leave with full stomachs (and hearts), thanks to their down to earth, family atmosphere. One dish we love is the Seafood Rotini! Packed full with shrimp, sausage, crawfish, and crab all sautéed in a creamy sauce.

Looking for a classy place to wine and dine? The Blue Rose Art Bistro is a fabulous lunch spot with not only great food to offer, but also beautiful art pieces! They host seasonal Art Exhibits and art classes. Their menu is all around delicious but we recommend one dish in particular - the pepperoni, mozzarella, and basil flatbread!
This spot is a gem nestled in the quaint town of Serenbe. With local ingredients and it’s contemporary vintage charm, it’s a must-stop lunch spot! Their menu has items like sandwiches, salads, and soups. Craving something sweet? It is Valentine's day after all - with muffins, cookies, and cakes - The Blue Eyed Daisy will surely leave you satisfied.
8. Uncorked on Main
Enjoy beautiful scenery and charming esthetics at Uncorked on Main. Set on the north side of the train tracks in Historic Villa Rica, this quaint spot has all the feels of a hometown steakhouse. One dish we highly recommend is the North Atlantic Salmon. It's an 8 oz fillet, topped with hollandaise sauce, roasted stoned ground grits, zucchini and a squash medley.

Sandwiches, customized pizzas, and salads galore! With this farm to table restaurant, you’ll be blown away by the fresh vegetables. It's located in the heart of Downtown Douglasville besides the train tracks, so you’re sure to feel this old town’s picturesque esthetics. If you are going to try one thing on the menu, be sure to check out their Vine Chipotle Chicken. It has yummy ingredients like chipotle grilled chicken, mixed greens, turkey bacon, and cheese all drizzled with chipotle sauce.
If you are in the mood for a classic barbecue dinner, stop by Hudsons! They are hosting their yearly Hogs and Kisses Valentine's Dinner on February 14. If you attend this event, they offer a special four course meal for you and your special someone. You get to choose a starter, 2 toss salads, two main course dishes, and 1 pie!
